iPhone 6 Release Date: Is The Most Anticipated Apple Smartphone Ever Coming on September 19th 2014?
While “When will the iPhone 6 be released?” is one of the biggest questions that a lot of people are seeking for an exact answer, the most anticipated Apple smartphone ever remains a complete mystery so far. However, German phone firm Deutsche Telekom, which is the Cupertino brand’s largest carrier partner in the region, recently leaked the iPhone 6 release date. The carrier has begun telling customers that the iPhone 6 will launch on Friday (September 19, 2014). Apple’s latest smartphone will be available on that date in Deutsche Telekom stores and also from the company. So it’s likely the company’s subscribers will get the iPhone 6 as soon as Apple makes it available.
Apple historically launches its new iPhone models on Fridays. Last year, it started selling the iPhone 5s and 5c models on Friday (September 20). Similarly, in 2012, the manufacturer launched the iPhone 5 on September 21st, again a Friday. Before that, the iPhone 4S was released a few weeks later on October 14th 2011. This year, September 19th does fall on a Friday and within Apple’s historic time frame for new iPhone launches. However, there is no such announcement from the firm itself, so we’ll likely have to wait for a while to actually see the phone in action on a handset.
Apple was said to launch the iPhone 6 on Friday (September 2014), according to German phone firm Deutsche Telekom.
The iPhone 6 would have a bigger screen than the iPhone 5S. It might come in 4.7in and 5.5in screen sizes. The 4.7in version of the smartphone would launch in August with the larger 5.5in model following in September.
It’s possible that the new smartphone would have a relocated power button.
The iPhone 6 could cost $100 more than the existing iPhone 5S.
